IBM model-M PS2 - Key Problem

Hello guys.
I have a IBM Model-M that i have bought recently, every single key its working properly except the "f" key which doesnt make contact most of the times and when it does it repeats the character a couple of times until another key its pressed. Can this be a mechanical or firmware problem?
Iam connecting the keyboard by PS2, can this have any influence? Any solution for this? Its such a great keyboard  :(

The key stem may not be seated properly.

Pull the key out and re-seat it trying to ensure that the spring is centered. You may need to tilt the keyboard forward or back, and it may take multiple tries. When it is right, the key will feel and sound just like the rest of them.

I have pulled the key outy a couple of times and that didnt solved the problem. I can try once again ensuring that the sping is centered. Thanks.

Some people like to tilt the keyboard when pressing the key on. The springs flop up and down, and sometimes they fit the stem better when they are moved all the way.

If you look up into the opening to the inside of the "head" of the key stem, there is a tiny dimple, and the end of the spring needs to go around that.

Okay thank you, i will try that. I have to remove one key stem to understand exactly what you are saying.
There's no available a tutorial or video regarding the keys mounting?
