Well the name is Mafia(Or UnixMafia) and I had stumbled upon this site after a friend online recommended I check out mechanical keyboards after a quick Goodwill run where I had found a Membrane keyboard for a few bucks. I got home and talked for quite awhile about how awesome it felt and blah blah. Little did I know I didn't know a damn thing yet. The next day I went to three different Goodwills in my area and picked up an AEKii, Cherry Model RS 6700, and a Lenovo SK-8825. After coming home with the one REAL mech. and the two rubber domes I was hooked. After that I bought about every single available converter I could find on Ebay(AT to PS/2, PS/2 to USB, RJ45 to USB, and a mini-ADB double ADB to USB) and went to town researching everything I possibly could and started pulling the keys on my AEKii to see what switches I had(Alps SKCM White Damped). And all this of course brings me to this point, right now, where I registered after seeing various badass keyboard posts in my research. Looking forward to learning much and participating even more, and with that all I think that's it!(Had a few drinks and have been playing with the boards I got, not sure if I forgot anything)
