Sooooo, I already have been using Smooth-on's sillicone and resin material, and now I want to try add colors (finally...) but it turns out that UVO is not available to be shipped to where I live (FCK living in Hawaii...)

I am considering getting their "So Strong" line of colors, but their information section says "(do not use with Smooth-On silicones)"

Does that mean, do not mix the colors with JUST the sillicone? or should the colors also not be making contact with their silicone molds that I made?

Other than that, I have absolutely NOOOO idea what kind of dye to use, since I am still new to this stuff...

Does anyone have any recommendations? (The more the merrier...in case they dont ship to Hawaii Q_Q)

Pretty confident that, that just means not to use the dye to colour the silicone. I've used the SO Strong colours in resin keycaps that were cast in Smooth On silicone moulds, with no ill effects.
