Mapping caps lock to a mouse klick?

I used to remap caps lock to left mouse klick with karabiner, but that no longer works in Mac OS Sierra. Would it be possible to remap it in the TMK firmware?
I have a AEK II 60% btw. :-)

Yes. When editing TMK keymap, I believe "KC_BTN1" is left click. Or you can just use
keymap editor
and load the hex file to your board.
