I've been thinking about buying a board with Costar stabilizers that wouldn't break the bank, and I ran across a Filco TKL with Cherry silent switches on MKB.com. I opted to spend a little extra on the case and added the Kobo Liquid Wood finish. I had a set of Filco SA profile caps that I put on it as well. It took about 1 week to arrive at my house. I'm more than pleased with the results:

The Frame:The liquid wood effect is a water decal (hydro dip), and it looks stellar. Not a single blemish in sight, even with all of the keycaps removed. It feels extremely durable, and I think it would be a good backdrop for many keycap sets. I was impressed with the detail work around the LEDs and the "Filco" case badge on the front. Everyone that sees the case in person has said it looks awesome.
The Switches:They are absolutely silent. This keyboard is quieter than a rubber dome. I don't know that I can quite describe the feeling of the switches. Scratchy for sure. The scratchiest switch out there. But somehow it disappears when you start typing and not just lightly pressing. The scratchiness starts to feel like a little burst of air releasing from under the switch. Well, that sounds really dumb, but you would understand if you try them.
The bottom out feels a LOT like my Novatouch. There's just no noise at all on the rebound. It's possible that the travel distance is shorter, but it must be marginally different because I really don't notice.
The switch feels similar in weight to cherry browns. It's definitely heavier than reds.
They feel a lot better with the thick SA caps on them. The heavier keycap mutes some of the scratchy feeling. I wonder what these would feel like lubed. Unfortunately I can't open them to try it out.
TLDR: If you like mechanical but cannot be noisy, this is the one and only switch out there to offer complete silence. I wouldn't recommend them over any other switches I've tried unless you desire reduced noise. The Filco Board and Kobo case are very awesome and worth the affordable price.
On a scale of 1-5:Looks/Build Quality: 5/5
MX Silent (Pink) Switches: 2.75/5
For comparison, my switch preference to date:
