The going rate for Topre Realforce Numpads in the USA is $109.99 + shipping and tax.  I found that Amazon.co.jp has the white ones in stock for approximately $93 including shipping.  I just paid 10,497 JPY shipped, which at the time of purchase converted to $92.78. What did shipping to usa cost? every time i order from amazon.co.jp the stuff only ships within japan so i had to tenso it.

Express shipping (1-2 days) cost JPY 1,079 ($9.53 as charged by my Cc company).   It's pretty great.  Search for anything ald limit your search to AmazonGlobal Eligible.  See attached screenshot.
