Buying a HiPro new, ebay, amazon.co.jp or somewhere else?

I see them on eBay for just above 300 shipped but want to know if, short of going to japan and buying one while i'm there, where's the cheapest vendor at?

That would definitely be cheapest, but I don't buy used unless I'm trying it out, in which case I'd sell it and buy a new one... And I'm currently in the looking for a new one to buy stage.
