Clicky cherry Stablizers

Hi folks long time lurker finally decided to join. I was recently given a Corsair Strafe with MX silent switches. Upon using it I have noticed the left shift key has a click noise and almost bump feel on the right side of the stabilizer. I was wondering if this is normal or can be fixed with lube or another way as it is quite distracting for a "silent switch". I recorded a video of the sound, thanks.

I think it's a keycap issue. The Enter and left shift should both be the same size (2.25U). Try putting the Enter cap in that spot and try it. If the click doesn't happen with the Enter cap, then the left shift keycap has a problem. If the click is still there the problem is with the stabilizer.

Just gave that a try sadly still has the click sound, seems to be the right part of the stabilizer. Thanks for the tip though.

Any other tips or ticks I could try? Would really appreciate the advice.

I can only think of one more thing that doesn't involve disassembly. Check the four corner pieces for excess sprue or bad molding. It's possible the cap stem is catching on something there.

Thanks for all the tips unfortunately was still a no go, I set up an RMA with Corsair thanks for all the help thought Tactile.
