I got problem with the :~$ynth

Hi everyone, I stupidly made mistake with my synth during resin casting. I forgot to use mold release on the synth before pouring down all of the resin into the mold.
The result after the resin was hardened is that the cruciform stem part has stuck with the base of the synth as you guys can see from the picture. I can't pull it off. 

I already used acetone to melt the resin and it worked for most of the part. However, there are still some resin inside between the synth base and cruciform stem.

Any recommendations or inputs would be appreciated!

P.S. Is WD-40 valid to solve this issue? thank you in advance

why dont u just heat it up? aluminum's melt point is like 1000F. i think all resins are thermoset, which means it wont melt but will eventually burn up or shatter, not sure which. most resin ignited point is between 200-400F depending on what u used. do some research and call the resin manufacturer, but thats an option
