New Leopold 750R - spacebar left side is rattling. ways to fix it?

Hi guys.

I've just received 750R and it is awesome except that spacebar is way too laud. I noticed that right side of spacebar doesn't have any "top-down" backlash when I slightly press on it. However, the left side has a bit of "play" and rattle.

Actually, I have the same issue as this guy (just at the opposite side):

It is very annoying because otherwise keyboard is absolutely silent.



I'm going to buy Permax 81150 (that's the only dielectric grease I could find in town) and lube stabs as shown here

Do you think it is a good idea to put sponges under the stabs?

Updating for those who will find this post latter:

I lubed the stabs. And rattling is mostly gone. But left side of spacebar is still a bit more loose than the left one (I feel it by lightly touching each side - at the left it chatter a bit). When I took the keycap of it seemed that stem in the left stabilizer was sitting deeper in on the right.

Honestly I am disappointed after reading all those odes to Leopold quality. Niz keybaord which I bought few weeks ago doesn't have this problem at all.

On the other hand, it costs 130 Euro which is on pare with other keyboards like Filco, Das, Varmilio and so on - why should it be any better.

I think I will keep it as I lubed the stabilizers already, but I don't have that feeling of satisfaction I expected to have - more like wasted 130 euro...

Try this if you don't like lubing your precious stuff: https://imgur.com/a/ajPS4Os (requires some disassembling).
I've stuck short pieces of rubber bands to dampen vibrations of metal bar connecting those two shafts.
I tried tightening free spaces in those shafts with some tape but it was too much work and it increased key weight too much (as it provided further resistance).

I got rid of rattling noise by lubing stabs. What I didn't fix is that one side of spacebar is not as firm as the other. And by that I mean that there is up-down fluctuation without the switch being involved. I can feel it by lightly tapping on that side. I'm sure that 90% wouldn't even care about things like that, but, unfortunately I belong to the other 10% who are very picky about everyting.

I love my Leopolds, but I always put a big fat o-ring on the spacebar to dampen the noise. Easy peasy. Give it a try?

To me it feels like the left stabilizer stem is loose and not fitted on spacebar tightly, it happens sometimes.

What I do is take plumbers tape, cut a tiny rectangle 1:2 ratio and fold it in half so it becomes a square.  Now place it over the "+" over your stabilizer stem and put your keycap on.  I'd do it to both left and right side stabilizer stems.

I am very anal about spacebar rattle. Here are the ways that I fixed all of my issues:

-I use O-rings on my spacebar only.

-I lube my stabs with both super lube and regular switch lube.

-On my HHKB, I put bumpons underneath.
