Realforce 55g available in ISO(Swedish/Finish)?
« on: Mon, 18 February 2019, 02:14:39 »
I've been eyeing a fullsize or tkl topre board after having my HHKB Type-S for a while, and I'm trying to check the availability of an ISO board. I've been looking at this https://www.amazon.com/Realforce-87U-Tenkeyless-55g-Black/dp/B00MV84Y2Y version, with LED-indicators for caps and left-control.

However, the only ones I can find in ISO are 45g and without led-indicators.

Is there any version with 55g and led-indicators that are ISO?
Or is my only option to buy the 45g version and swap the domes?

Are there any difference in the springs in the 45g and 55g versions?

(If anyone in scandinavia has one for sale I'd be interested in selling and/or trading for my almost brand new HHKB Pro 2 Type-S, or my Nerd60 BT)

Cheers

I have looked at the official retailer for Topre in EU. The 55G ISO layout doesn't exist. You have to source for some 55G Topre domes.

Thanks! I'm guessing there isn't any way of getting my hands on some OEM 55g domes without buying them secondhand?
If all else fails I guess BKE domes are the only way to go?

The only way to get 55G domes would be second hands and they go for around 85 dollars but pretty rare to see them on /mm. BKE domes is a other option but keep in mind those are way more tactile then the OEM domes.

Thanks, I guess I'll just buy the 45g ones and see how they feel, I love my 45g in the type-s so I reckon it's fine, just not sure about the "realforce" aspect of variable weights(30-45g + 55g on esc).
