From a thread in January last year, you could try telephone support: 1-877-919-2272 (Mon-Fri 0900-1700 PST/PDT)

I've tried their site and it's dead as far as I can tell.

https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/elitekeyboards.com.html is also showing that it's down.
