Yup, no windows key, it might have reals or blues, but not being able to calcluate shipping is bad.

Hmm, they're turning up even cheaper at those sellers that rent storage units.
I think I'm going to support the modern ALPS-alike keyboard makers instead of getting these refurbs.
The location of the backslash/pipe key alone on these Focus keyboards will send me into a murderous rage.

But to thank you all, here's one for $39.95 BIN $14.95 shipping from a storage unit renter:

Speaking of keyboards, Goodwill Industries is on to us.  My local outlet is selling all its keyboards for at least $15 last I checked.

I thought the Focus used Simplified Alps in White?

the other day this guy over at OCN posted a keyboard he found it appears to be some kind of Focus OEM here are some pictures he took. he said there is no Alps logo and the Keycaps are Double Shot.

so is it a Focus OEM or another keyboard?

There were many variations of the Focus board using different varieties of complicated and simplified Alps.

Every focus I have had has used Complicated White ALPS, but they have all been older ones that look like Ripsters pic above.  Very nice keyboards... but I've never been able to score one with a dust cover.  They often have clips still in place but most people discarded their dust covers when they used them.

Really old ones use blues, older ones use white complicated, the newest ones use fakes, some are fake blues some are fake whites.  It's pot luck.  You can usually tell fakes because they have windows keys, but there are fakes in no windows key ones too.

he posted this picture too but I am not sure if he took it or used it as a reference.

I looked on Sandy's and couldn't find many Alps Keyboards with controllers placed above the cursors. I googled the controller and it yielded this.

I look at this and think of Billy Barty looking up at Willow saying:

I was just thinking that, if anything, the switch looked like an APC series switch (they have the narrow numbering at the top left) but I couldn't be sure from the photo.

Looks like an APC Clicker board then.

I sold one of this early this year in like new condition. They are great keyboards, depends on your feeling for ALPS.
