gateron ink black or novelkey creams
« on: Mon, 27 January 2020, 00:41:14 »
I am in the market for linears. do you think is it worth it buy one of the two (gateron ink black vs novelkey creams) and lube+film them. Or just buy stock tealios.

Which of the two is better for lubing and filming? From doing web search, i think creams sound better than inks but its not as smooth and does not play well with lube.

Please enlighten me!

All are good. But if you want smoothness right off the bat, go for inks or Tealios. Creams are still quite good if you break them in a little.

Creams have been fixed to take lube well. Gateron ink black will be a better choice since it has a better sound. You should use Alpacas if you are looking for a cheaper option, they are just as good as ink black but do not have that characteristic sound. They are all very smooth.

I would not do Tealios because of their sound.
