Too late but a 1.75 Up on the Extension kit would've made sense for the 60% arrowed usages

Regardless, it's a great set, and since it's too chaotic (in a good way), accuracy doesn't matter anyway

It's also a bit of a gut punch that one must purchase both the extension and the spacebar kit for the signature look

I see there is a lot of compatibility in the base kit (looks like even 40s), what keyboards/layouts would the extension be used to fill? Trying to figure out whether I should drop cash on that or skip and maybe squeeze for the ergo kit.

Isn’t the Symbol Shift key you have labeled as 2.00u in the Base kit meant to be 1.75u?

Maybe I'm dumb, but what is the extension kit for? Is it a novelty kit or a layout compat kit? I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what it is with the custom legends.

Was there ever a MOQ discussed?

My understanding is KAT/KAM has one single MOQ for the entire GB.  It is the total keycap units* sold, there are no individual kit MOQs.  I'm guessing Wraith has a 54,000u MOQ, but there are at least three possible levels so it could be different.

*for example, a 1U keycap is 1, an ISO enter is 2.75 (1.5+1.25), etc.

Quick color check: is the base plastic going to be blue-tinted gray?  How noticeable is the blue element with lower indoor lighting?  The renders show a bluish gray, but photographs of the sample caps are more toward neutral dark gray (I know it's difficult to get tints correctly in photos).  The main legends are a pale pink?

Also, is the matte but smooth texture of these caps going to be basically the same as for KAT caps?

Just an addon pack, basically.

The colors of the photo are the most accurate.
Yes the surface will be smooth af :thumb:

That helps, thanks.  So but to confirm, is there a slight pink-cream tint to the main legends?  Or is that a play of light to give that impression?  (I like it for the unusual color combinations, so I'm hoping the answer is yes).

If you're talking about the white, it's supposed to be a pure white :D

That's why I asked, since there are no color values listed that I could find, and the legends look off-white on those photographs.  Appreciate the quick replies :thumb: :-*

yeah, I tend to get rid of colors in the ICs when I already have the samples.
But since you're talking about that:
- Grey 5415 C / 5405 C
- Red Warm Red C / 1788 C
- Green 374 C
- Blue 2171 C / 2191 C
- Cyan 2905 C
- Magenta 529 C
- Yellow 101 C

We're working on contrast with the manufacturer atm to find the perfect balance :thumb:

biip doing pioneer work here - again - really awesome.

What I find best is compatibility: thanks to the uniform profile, it's possible to have Colevrak the easy way (just mind the homing keys) :thumb:

Also, with this I can finally upgrade the keycaps of my first mech (with exception of the dreaded 6.5u spacebar ), which has a quite weird setup: 2.25u left Control, 6.5 spacebar, 1u and 2u Shift ... it is going to look great with this, very retro.

Thank you for your diligent work!
