Hi JorgeHellraiser. Welcome to Geekhack.

What sort of switches have you got in the Akko? That looks like a pretty good keyboard. 75% is a good portable size.

How do you compare the Romer Gs to what you've got in the Akko? I have heard a lot of divided opinions on those switches. I haven't felt them myself.

What sort of IBM keyboard have you got? A Model M?

Trakballs are great, underrated I think. I have one of Logitech's old beige ones. Great for especially confined spaces.

The layout 75% for me is the best layout the akko use a cherry , in my case cherry brown
The Romer g is tactile ,but feel a lot less than cherry , the point of actuation is very high, is a keyboard for gaming especially, neither change keycaps because they are not compatible

I agree. Either 75% or 65%. Tactile guy then? What switches have you tried?

What sort of IBM board have you got?

Yeah, those Romer Gs kind of go their own way. It is too bad they don't use MX stems. If I remember right, that would have not been easy, or maybe even possible though with that design.
