This is what they see in the FW900.
And along with this.
Nice thing about that NEC is not only can it do 1600x1200, but you can even push it to 2048x1536@86Hz.
All of mine do 2048x1536 some can only manage it a 60Hz, but they have no problem doing so and I have never seen a flicker even when pushed down to 60Hz.
Ok, so only 2 have the BNC connectors, and if I wanted 1080p I could lower the screen rez.
As I said ...I have used a FW900 and like the monitors I use better, I think you can still get new tubes for them, I know I can with mine as there are a lot of CAD/CAM setups that use them and you just order a tube for one of them.
From your link...
"BNC Cable?
So far, nobody in this thread has noticed any improvement from using them. But, if you want to be sure you're getting the best possible video signal to your monitor, you can try getting this high-quality BNC cable. A high-quality cable has heavily shielded individual signal wires as early as possible in the cable run rather than a standard VGA cable that only breaks out into the five individual wires over the last few inches of the cable."
I have both types of BNC cable and have yet to see real improvements, even against my stuff that goes thru 3 tiers of KVM's and about 70 foot of standard cable.
