Industrial Style Keyboard?

Hi everyone! I am starting a project that I want to make an industrial-style keyboard that the keyboard case is made out of concrete. If you are interested in this style lf keyboard, feel free to give me some ideas and tips in building a keyboard case from scratch.

I believe I need to use Silicon to create the mold for concrete. are there any silicon set up you guys have in mind? Or some keyboard case that is good for molding and you guys like? Feel free to let me know :D

I have a friend with Tourette’s who got himself one of these because he often slams his fists on the keyboard. I can ask him but I believe he got his bespoke for integration into his desk and not some regular device.
