[IC ] Keycaps for mechanical switches of Sony BKE-9400A
« on: Tue, 09 July 2024, 20:03:34 »
Hello everyone!

I'm trying to make keycaps for Sony BKE-9400A mechanical switches in a cool colorway. Of course, it is made with dye-sublimated keycaps, just like the genuine product.

It has not yet been confirmed which factory will produce this keycap set, but we are in discussions with several companies.

I would really appreciate any feedback on how to make a better keycap set.

I will continue to update my keycap set creations, and I need everyone's help to get these keycap sets out into the world.

Please support us all!

We are disclosing the composition of this keycap to everyone.

I'm putting a lot of thought into supporting as many keyboard types as possible.

Because I also use keyboards with 40%, 60%, 75%, TKL, 1800 and Ergo layouts.

If you have any good ideas, please let me know anytime.

This is because the 3D modeling of the keycaps without images has not been completed yet, but we are currently modeling the keycaps diligently. Once keycap modeling is completed, we will update the images of keycaps applied to various layouts.

Okay, but there's no information on supported layouts, expected pricing, basically there's just images and some text that doesn't bring anything to the table

The reason you don't write down what you say is because you know that speaking without sampling is lying.

I am currently discussing with several keycap manufacturers and preparing to produce sample keycaps for actual color matching.

We must complete sampling before we can provide approximate pricing information, and if you are patient, you will be able to see a photo of the actual keycaps, not a rendered image.

Of course, if you have any good ideas, please let me know. thank you.
