Help - any Photoshop experts here?

Are there any experts in Photoshop here?
I saw that new versions have that AI stuff, I dont have that software so wanted to ask if someone could help me edit this one.

I simply need to change value 15 to 10 on that coin

I have been using GIMP for many years, but my needs are pretty simple.

That one might prove surprisingly difficult because of the shading and backgrounds. If you had a similar coin with a zero on it, that would make it MUCH easier.

I know, as here, my skills end of using similar images to replicate, but unfortunately there is no zero on other tokens

I hoep someone with latest photoshop will help, as it has AI to generate/correct things. I only saw that on youtube, but dont have that app.
