The PCB will support EC Naevies, however the plate will not. Plates will be open-sourced via an EC plate generator from Cipulot at a later date.

Will the EC pcb support iso, split ls, split bs etc? Confused as the compatibility just mentions the plate being outsourced?

The PCB will basically support everything - it's just the plate which is fixed. You can see the full PCB compatibility here.
