The metal stem shaves your switch and stabilizer which makes it so that you have to regularly adjust your keycaps as the switch stems get smaller. Adjusting the keycap stem frequently leads to the stem legs breaking. The switches you use with the metal keycaps will never fit on other keycaps again because of the shaven stems.
The coating equally bad as the stem consistency. The coating on both my sets fades within 3 months. I have the 1st batch titanium set and the moon set. Awekeys only replaces your keycaps once so if any of you buys these keycaps, make sure to ask for replacement right before the warranty ends. Awekeys have sent me replacement for broken stems and faded coating after the initial replacement but know that the shipping cost about $30 from China to another Asian country.
