Inspiration

The "Klavier·II" (K2) is the culmination of all our research, development, and production experience. It represents a significant step forward, integrating all the valuable lessons we've learned along the way.






Design Concept

The “K2 White Veil” Design






Let’s start with the first colorway design theme, which has been highly anticipated since the K1 days—the white piano inspiration: "K2 White Veil". The name is inspired by the pure, flawless, and dazzling gown of a female pianist.

Exterior Design The K2 continues the design philosophy of the K1, including its integrated wrist rest, but features a more intricate and architectural layered structure.
The white top case uses a special powder-coated finish with white glitter to recreate the shimmering, delicate texture of a bridal veil. Based on feedback from the N1, we've increased the exposure of the internal mechanical structure, but this time with a thicker glass panel and a more stable mounting system.

The bottom and front of the keyboard feature linear arrays that mimic piano strings. The corner on the side retains the iconic lines from the K1 Black Piano, and we’ve also kept the most crucial design element—the signature red line.

The “WING 2.0” Mechanical Structure



Beyond its exterior, the K2 introduces a completely new internal structure. We’ve moved away from the K1's single-piece "WING 1.0" frame and compressed it into a modular system called "WING 2.0," while preserving the force arm direction.

How WING 2.0 Works The "WING 2.0" module consists of 27 parts(excluding screws), including limit shaft columns, a lifting platform, a movable platform, a base, side rails, wave springs, and mini magnets. The wave springs and side rails ensure synchronized movement and provide basic rebound force. The lifting platform, with its threaded shaft column, allows for stable up-and-down movement. Two sets of repulsive magnets are fixed to the lifting and movable platforms. By adjusting the height of the lifting platform, you can control the distance between the magnets, thus precisely adjusting the overall force.

Unprecedented Adjustment With "WING 2.0," we’ve achieved stepless force adjustment. You can now make subtle, incremental changes to the cushioning force, with each adjustment changing the force by approximately 0.1 N. This offers a level of fine-tuning not possible with traditional "soft," "medium," or "hard" settings. The entire module is crafted from stainless steel via CNC precision machining, with tolerances strictly controlled to precision instrument standards, greatly enhancing structural stability.
The keyboard incorporates a matrix system of eight "WING 2.0" modules, allowing for nearly full-coverage force control. You can adjust the overall force of the keyboard or customize the force in different zones to match your specific typing habits and needs.

Ease of Use To simplify the adjustment process, the K2 features a magnetic top cover that can be flipped open, similar to a grand piano lid. When opened, the internal mechanism is fully exposed, making adjustments effortless. When the cover is opened, the entire internal structure and "WING 2.0" modules move together in a synchronized mechanical action.
