Black blanks probably wouldn't make that much sense. But in one of the other color schemes they would probably be pretty cool.

This one seems popular, and would look completely hot as blanks. I'm not going to get attached to any particular color scheme until I get the color sample ring, however.

It should be possible. I have their color ring around here still somewhere, and colors get pretty close. Looks like this btw:

Yeah, another vote for that. That's freakin' classy is what it is. Some showing off, but not too much, and the stealth keys are just sweet. What's the key to the right of the right Awesomeface for?

Looks more like a Unix command key to remove files which would make the whole kbd awesome, but I may be totally wrong.

Hi,

I like the dual dark grey/light(er) grey colour scheme best, but I would really rather see the characters on the key; so, big, Arial and white font. Although I like the suggestion to make the alternative character (top row) in orange to follow the colour scheme of the forum.

Black on black double shot = all black.

That would look cool, but double shot keys are two colors only.

Except for the coloured Esc and WASD, isn't that one mostly just stock Filco key caps dipped in a grey dye bath?
I don't see any reason to buy a full set if you can do it yourself for $5 of materials (plus keys).

I'm liking the look of the basic colours of these:

However, I'm currently not much of a gamer so I'd prefer the wasd keys in the same colours as the rest with maybe an alternate set as an option for gamers.
Daily drivers are:
Microsoft Natural (the original, and still going strong)
Microsoft Natural Elite

Specially colored Esc or WASD keys would be optional and regular colored keys would be included for those who don't want to use them (though for cost reasons the special keys would probably be included in all sets.)

+1 for non coloured specific to WASD keys

Shame that the two colour scheme on the top row is not feasible. :/

I don't entirely understand, isn't that basically just a WASD booster set?

I guess you get all the black keys in doubleshot... Am I missing something else?

Personally, I really like it due to how the three color schemes come together, and the grey font on black looks great.

I see where you're coming from, though.  Maybe it'd be useful to see the same but with the normal white lettering on the black keys (to see how just the WASD/Esc key would look on a stock board)

Oh I was missing something--that these are grey-on-black rather than white-on-black. I would like to see a comparison too.

I definitely like the trend towards subtle with all of the designs that are floating to the top.

If we're going with this color scheme, you can definitely count me in!  I also love the fact I'll be able to get rid of the Windows key.

My wish would be to also include matching WASD. :)

Edit:
Or even have the lettering a little bit darker so it can only be seen if you're looking for it.
