And now for something completely different......

For the C64 Breadbin:
TBN/RBC/WCK - Dark brown alphas, burgundy contrasts and f-keys, cream legends. Old leather chairs and private libraries: pipe smoke, stained blotters, and ornate fountain pens.

For the C64C/C64-II:
TU/TGN/NN - Dusty beige alphas, burnt orange contrasts and f-keys, dark legends. A sun-baked town with a long memory: secrets lost to tumbleweeds, and when the wind is right you can hear echoes of the clank of pickaxes from the old mine.

For the C16:
GSC/BGW/NN - Grey alphas, blue contrasts and f-keys, dark legends. Cerulean seas and stormy skies. Sailors are a superstitious lot; don't ask them what lurks below lest you invoke it's wrath.
----------
This IC is for keycaps for the
actual Commodore 64's
AND the Commodore 16.

Three SA sets in the colors of the original Commodore machines. made by Signature Plastics. Inspired by matt3o's original SA Retro set and built for MX replacement keyboards for these machines.
What to know:
- Sets: SA 64, SA 64C, SA 16. 66 keys each, including the 9u spacebar, 2u Return, and the function-key column. Doubleshot ABS. All switches and mounts located dead center per standard MX format. 9u spacebar has stabs at 7u locations. Return is the only other key requiring stabs.
- Price target: US$70–80 per set without PETSCII front prints. Front prints are an add-on, priced later. Shipping calculated during order phase.
- Group buy: target MOQ 50 per each set. As you know Signature Plastics doesn't have hard MOQ's, but to get the pricing to land well, we're targeting 50 for each set (64, 64C, and 16). Based on response, we may change the MOQ and go with a different price. My desire, especially for C16 users, is to get these caps made, and damn the circumstances. The 64 community has other options as of late but I think these caps are cool and ever since I bought the original SA Retro set, I've wanted these for my Commodore 64.

- Signature Plastics lead time: about 12 weeks from order placement. Ships from the USA.
- Licensing: applied for with Commodore (CLAP), not yet granted. In lieu of receiving a license, the logo key will have a "K!" legend or no legend at all. Nothing implies any relationship to Commodore itself.

- Also:
Keyboards! Klack! Keyboard 64 / 16, pricing to be announced. Will work with these caps. Other MX keyboards have not been tested for fit yet, but it is hoped both open source and commercial options will fit with the caps. Testing will commence when example keyboards are acquired. Open source keyboard developers will be contacted to provide details to allow them to design compatible keyboards. I am just one guy and don't currently want to be in a major keyboard production process. But I will make a first run based on response and to meet need and we'll go from there.
- Coming soon: Amiga 600 and CoCo 3. Keycaps and keyboards. Watch this space! More models also possible (A1200, Coco 2, etc). Also, open to designing keyboards and building keycap pipelines for other retro computers if the make-ability and need is there.
