Probably part of their 20% off things that's going on until tomorrow.

Is this the adapter that works with all ps/2 keyboards?  Also, how's the multi-key rollover?
Notable Switches I have tried:
black cherry, blue cherry, brown cherry, clear cherry, cherry M84, white alps, black alps, cream alps, Monterey blue alps, Fujitsu Peerless, Gateway2000 rubber dome, Keytronic rubber dome, Model M buckling spring, Model F buckling spring, futaba, black space invader

It's supposedly as good if not better than the vaunted Blue Cube. Uses same chip.

Are you sure? This one has a different model number than the one in the wiki.

Could be a Lenovo-specific part number, I see no non-Lenovo reference to the PN. The pic is certainly of the real thing.

These things work with some keyboards that the Blue Cube doesn't work with, such as the SGI AT-101. The Blue Cube also has some weird quirks that have been noted along the way that the Belkin manages to avoid.

Ah, good. I've been looking for a reasonably-priced ps/2 to usb converter, but all of the ones for under $10 seem to have serious flaws.  Hopefully the one they are selling is the one in the picture.

This deal is still going on. Has anyone ordered (and received) the item as yet? Hopefully they work as advertised, as I really need some, and they are even less expensive (and a better form factor) than the blue cube.

Will this work with the F/AT's funky hidden key scancodes?

Probably not, if I had to guess. That's one of the downsides to using a converter, in my experience.

This encouraged me to try and find some blue cubes, since I usually only want the one port anyway. Never sure if they're just using an old picture, but both of these companies at least appear to have the cubes, albeit for more money than the Belkin that this thread is about.

This adapter works perfectly for the Model M, under both windows and linux. Have yet to try it on a mac. I have 4, all identical, all functional.

And it's still only $5.85.

Can't beat that! Can't wait to test it with my minitouch.
