The main problem with MYs is that force rises too quickly with travel, giving that dreaded "dead octopus feel". That, and some off-center friction. Even if you manage to eliminate the latter, it still doesn't feel exactly natural if you're used to any "normal" keyboard. Too bad... If they could come up with something better, they'd have a real winner there.
As-is, a board with blacks is quite a bit nicer to type on.
