So, considering the scale of all of this collating, I'm assuming that companies like Access and Tipro probably assemble large runs of custom keyboards using a robot to place the keycaps on the boards.
Debenhams in the UK have 250 stores, they use Access boards and probably have 10-20+ keyboards in each. It's a fair bet that they (2500+ boards) weren't 'capped' by hand...
Perhaps our next group buy should be such a robot! (I'm stressing that this isn't an attack on iMav).
