The PLU M-87 is also being fairly well received and is cheaper than the Noppoo Choc Mini. The only reason I ordered a Noppoo was because the M87 was out of stock. I can't remember who ordered one recently, but they had swapped all the white alphabet keys in their M87 and put in blue ones, and it looked absolutely pimp. Blue keys w. blue switches... mmm.
Oh, you'd have to order off taobao, which generally means going through an agent like obook or similar. Feel free to ask if you need more help =]
I picked up one as well, and as long as you know what switch you want, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Build quality really compares to my Filco, it's far better than I expected for a Chinese keyboard. I have two minor complaints about it, and it's something I think wouldn't bother most people. First, the key profile is just SLIGHTLY different from Filco/Das/KBC/etc. The Q and A rows match well enough, but the Z row has a slightly different angle that means if you're trying to mix and match KBC keys something just seems off. Second, it's only 2kro. It's fairly well optimized around WASD, even allowing all four of WASD at the same time, but the arrow keys are lacking, which frustrates me for Stepmania.
The price was great, and Obook was great to work with, shipping fast and keeping me updated the entire time. If you've figured out what kind of switches you want, and want a tenkeyless, I'd go ahead and take the plunge and order overseas. If it turns out you don't LOVE it, just resell the board here, you should be able to make back the majority of your money. My specific keyboard was $77 before shipping to the US, and it was one of the most expensive ML-87's listed, at 389 RMB for a white keyboard with blank keys and mx browns. If you're after a black one with lettering, or a board with blues, you should save a bit over that. I couldn't tell you how much shipping ran, I ended up making a fairly large order of other stuff to go with it, and the keyboard was around a third of the package.
