How much is the shipping from PCHome?

Some people on this forum told me that it's $10 worldwide, but when I tried the checkout option it says that it's $20 to Canada.

Anyone help clearing up my confusion?

It's $10 for Canada at least with the order i placed.
But they seem to take a long time to process orders.. Ordered 9 PM EST yesterday and still haven't shipped my item out yet..
