I made some ebay searches and this shows up
http://cgi.ebay.com/ADVANTECH-CNC-WORK-STATION-WINDOWS-NT-2G-HARD-DRIVE-ARM-/190482615951?pt=BI_Tool_Work_Holding&hash=item2c59a60e8f

*looks at the keyboard* is it mechanical?

It looks like a BTC 5100C to me. Apparently, those things are very popular for industrial and medical device use.

I just found one of these keyboards a few days ago (Advantech KDB-6307) but it has the older AT connector on it.  I popped one of the keys off and was very surprised that it has the awesome "white alp" switches- the same ones used on the Omnikey.  It's a pretty sweet keyboard but I will probably end up either selling it or using it for repairing my other keyboards switches.

Cool, I wonder who their OEM was.

Oh no, not AT! You totally can't just buy a at->ps/2 adapter!
