Oh, I forgot to mention, the stabilizer bars on the Filco red is more thinner than on other Filco boards, noticable thinner. I haven't see any drawback or advantage of this change but it does trouble me.

I can have a comparison picture later if you want.

do post a picture please, maybe that's the most important design in majestouch 2!

Congrats, and please post a detailed comparison!

I suck at comparing stuff ^^

I actually received my red Filco yesterday.
The feeling is different from brown, but I can't yet explain how.
And I don't type much, so it's even harder for me to compare

I dont' like blues or browns because of theirs non-linear activation force, but typing on blacks is kind of hard for the fingers. But I dont' know if I like red or not, at least on this Filco. I love the soft, very soft feeling on the Cherry G80-3000. But it's too big on my desk.

The perfect 'board for me hasn't arrived =D

Maybe you still need to wait for the "break-in period", I'm guessing since your other "red" keyboard has been used more so than the filco.

It's kind of hard to properly break in 8 keyboards >.<

As has been beaten to death a hundred times so far, it's 100% preference. I love my browns in everything to hacking together a bash shell script to playing Battlefield to Starcraft to typing this post (though I do have a blue Leopold somewhere in the Pacific right now).

If you have the materials available, try a ghetto red and see if you like it!
