Today I rewired a Dolch clone 'board branded "Airlink"; it was RJ11 and I made it PS/2, using an old model M cable. Digging on those double-shot keycaps over nearly new Cherry blues. Tinky-tinky. Only the A and S caps show any wear at all. The spacebar is not shiny.
Findecanor was correct with
his pinout
.
pin 1: GND,
pin 2: +5V
pin 3: data
pin 4: clock
The wire coloring was completely arbitrary, so I'll not detail it here except to say black was +5V which totally invalidated all my previous experimentation. The point is that an RJ11 connector Dolch-clone is a perfectly PS/2 compatible keyboard.

It's not a clone, it's a rebrand. I've seen a few rebranded Dolches (Dolchen?) on the net.

Yah i have another one at work that is not Dolch but exact same keyboard. The screws are hidden underneath the rubber feet and also under one of the stickers.

all screws are available from the underside. Don't pull up the top-facing logo plate looking for a screw... like I did.

Be mindful also when you reassemble the board that the screws have two slightly different lengths. If you (like me), insert a long screw into a short hole, then you will get a permanent protrusion in front of the keys.
