KBC Semi-Transparent Keycaps

Tried to search for past threads but didn't find anything so trying to share it here.

Seems to be cheaper than getting a bunch from SP (but those are 100% clear)
It also seems like a they just launched this over a week ago though.

'borrowed' from certain Taobao seller lol

Information that I managed to extract from the seller:
- POM material
- not laser engraved so most likely pad printed
- smokey translucent black

Most importantly, pricing:
RMB130 (~US$20) for 87 keys
RMB160 (~US$25) for 104 keys

PS: Since they are KBC keycaps, I assume these will fit nicely on the Ducky 1087 and the Filcos right?

If you had like leds behind them it would be pretty badass. Maybe when you type it lights up.  Otherwise it looks kinda tacky.

Originally i plan to ship some of this transparent/translucent keycaps(37 keys for 120RMB, kinda expensive).

But, end up getting F**KED upside down by the seller. He say that it does not include shipping and require extra 20RMB and I was like ....

After that, he realise that the address that my agent give is an agent address and he ask where he want to ship to and my agent answer ''insert a SEA nation here''.

Lastly, he fck my agent and say he dont want and not happy to sell to ''insert nation here'' and say refund back to my agent...

Scary experience...

Yes, they look like a pretty nice upgrade for a Deck.  At least from a font perspective.

Yeah these looks pretty cool, although am slightly worried about the pad printing. Would be nice to combine with a LED backlit mod on my Filco.

I had a microsoft keyboard a while back that had some translucent keycaps.  I remember hating them, but that was because I didn't keep my keyboard particularly clean back then and you could see anything that got in there.
