Optimal Cherry MX combination for Filco Majestouch 2
« on: Tue, 24 May 2011, 07:51:55 »
I am considering to replace some of my original Black cherry MX. I would like to have your input in regards a good combination. Just for reference I use this keyboard mainly for coding and once in a while for playing.

This could be my first lab project ;-)

What exactly do you mean "combination"? Do you want to replace some of the keys in the keyboard with different switches?

The only MX switches I could think that you'd want on the same keyboard for everyday use would be blacks and reds, since they are both linear.

The browns, blues, and blacks/reds all have very, very distinctive feels to them.

Yes I want to replace some of the switches. I was considering have: 1) read switches for WASD and arrows.  2) browns for the other 30keys
