Mechanical Key Phone Straps?
« on: Mon, 13 June 2011, 09:50:28 »
Hi all, first time posting around this awesome forum, I managed to get my Ducky 9008 Mixed from PCHome due you guys and am loving it ^____^

I was browsing through Ducky's FB page and noticed this photo taken from Computex:

Which brings me to this question, would you guys have any idea as to where I could get something akin to this for my phone?

Much appreciated :D

I always wondered why the Japanese attach dangling stuff to their phones.

identity, expression, i believe the iphone is always used with a case that has a hole just for the strap in japan (or other objects). I believe they are making some BT device that you can hang off the phone and it'll blink or light up if you have a text.

The concept is simple.

Asians want to show their individuality by all doing the same thing.

However I do approve of Lolita fashion.

We, on the other hand, want to show our individuality by all doing the same thing.

It's not BT.  It's just tuned to react to the annoying GSM interference.  No wasting battery power that way.

Not just the annoying GSM interference...

They react to a strong modulated radio signal.

For as much blue as Sony pushes you'd think they were IBM.

BT is known to be the best of the wireless technologies.   Plus it's Sony.

BT is one of the best technology and is mainly Ericsonn thing.

Sony has nothing to do with it

Back, had exams for the last week or so. So is it safe to sadly assume there isn't a vendor anywhere that has something similar to these? :(

Inpad has a promotion now where you can get one of those free when you purchase any Ducky keyboards with them.
Or if you had purchased ANY Ducky keyboard in the past you could ask them to mail one to you - provided you have a proof of purchase.

Colours seem to be randomised though as you can't ask for a specific one.

just made myself one :)

I just don't have that piece of clear plastic to cover the bottom of the switch.  I could make a bunch more of these with my extra switches and yellow keycaps.  This one is a blue switch,  I could make black or ghetto red, and clear and ergo clear next week.  Another fun project.
