Haven't seen this posted anywhere, so thought I would toss it out there for anyone in the Romania area looking for one of these. It's US ANSI layout, 1391401.

ebay US link
HHKB Pro 2 -- Custom UNIX layout Unicomp Customizer 101 -- IBM Model M 1391401 (modded to UNIX layout) -- IBM 1397000 (also UNIX layout) -- SSK in UNIX layout -- Model F 122 key in UNIX layout (Soarer USB "native")

CST L-TracX trackball -- Kensington Expert Mouse trackball

Kishy, yes, I can confirm it is me indeed. Yet, I can't confirm if that's the board you had. I have so many I'm just not sure :)

Where do you find mechanical keyboards in Romania?

I went there 6 months ago and checked around Timisoara and Oradea with no luck.

If a geekhack member will win it, then I'll throw in some colored key caps for him :)

You don't find. At least not Model Ms. They never penetrated the market at the time they were made. You could find some oddities at flea markets, but rarely an IBM.

Back when the Model M's were still made was probably during Ceausescu's time.

"Let them have rubber domes" was his credo, if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks for the thumbs up. By the way, I've messed the shipping quotas and just introduced an errata in the last 24 hours with new shipping costs. So, up 'till now, I'm not much of a seller... hehe

Sure, no problem. I will throw in some colored key caps if a geekhacker takes it.
