Ripster, what's your opinion on the filco vs. leopold debate?  Regarding equivalent models, which company is better when both price differences are, and are not an issue?

First of all, I'm not big on the KRO craze and honestly I can get by with the 2KRO minimum from model M's when gaming.

However I'm curious; how does leopold make an 18KRO keyboard when USB has a 6KRO limitation?  Do they use USB 3.0?

The limit is a lie, just like the cake.  We've got a few guys here that have put together firmwares for the Teensy board that'll do NKRO.  Yes seriously, every key on the board simultaneously.  I haven't seen much info on Leopold's implementation.

From what i have read the cheapest/safer way it s suntec ,too bad they take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Also they only accept paypay . There might be Japan but i m not that sure is cheaper then this and it s a mess to have things delivered from there.

Nothing. You can get Filcos, Realforces, Leopolds, PLUs, and other boards in white.

They're just more rare. Except maybe the PLU. White keyboards tend to yellow and get dirty. Black keyboards are lower maintenance in the long run.
