Can transportation make 1 switch not function?
« on: Sat, 10 September 2011, 07:38:50 »
I recently sold a leopold keyboard to someone that was working PERFECTLY untill when I packed it up, but the guy now claims that on 1 key you have to press on the lower part of the key to get it to register.

I used the exact same package i recieved a keyboard from keyboardco in, so I doubt its the package thats the problem

Now I ask is it really possible that only 1 switch have been damaged while the package is completely intact? The keyboard had no way of moving around and its a LEOPOLD... I thought these things were durable

The lower part of the key?

Yup, he claims the key will only register if he press on the lower part of the key(not the switch) which sounds weird as pressing any part of the key would make the switch go straight down, right?
