If you want a working Model F, and you're willing to work with Soarer's adapter, there's also this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/120780036544?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

It's a 122 key F -- XT, I believe. At least, based on the wiki, it's model number indicates it should be an XT.

Part number 611034x, depending on version, layout, and whether it was for use with an emulator or actual terminal. It used a 240-degree DIN-5 connector. At $5 (with 1 hour left) when I posted, it was a bargain. At $65, well...it's pretty dirty. That said, they sometimes clean up very well.

And, using the Ripsterian weight-to-quality theorem, it's the most well made keyboard ever I believe.

Valid, though either way, it should still work with Soarer's adapter, I believe. Though the more I look at the pins on mine, the more I realize I actually have to destroy the cable in order to connect it to the adapter. Might as well embed the adapter directly in the case, I suppose.

i like soarer's adapter - heck i have one already in the mod pictured below. but the full 122 is awful big and i don't have a need for that many keys - hence the desire for an 84 key. I was planning on embedding a USB controller and converting layout to something resembling standard US layout - would that be sacrilege?
