Dexter- wow this show has gone on 5 seasons too long, i don't think even admiral adama can save this show, it's so BORING, (do they always have to have Dexter kill someone? it's like they just have to make up some minor character to hate, so he can kill every 2 eps) haven't watch sundays eps yet, haven't found the time to be bored.

Boardwalk Empire-second season still holding up, Mr. Pink is awesome as always

The Walking Dead-I'm a jaded fan, i've read the comic series (it's still ongoing) and I like the source material (comics) more, however, wow this week's episode really put the nail in the coffin that the tv series will follow the source material.

American Horror Story-i think it's feeling a bit long in the tooth now after 6eps, but we'll see if they can keep up the suspense, I've felt it lacking after the halloween arc tho.

Favorite show of the year so far, Breaking Bad... just one word - Gus.

Walking Dead is complete crap...but I still watch it. ;)

Boardwalk Empire is excellent and Breakin' Bad, wow, what a way to end a series. With they could have ended Lost like that instead of bleeding it to death.

south park is good--ish still, i mean out of all the animation stuff, it tops the one spot imo, especially compared to the simpsons, which i believe jumped the shark when they went 3D like in the 90's for that one special. I mean the latest one was able to mix in 99% and saying cartman has to have everyone suffer with him, and even the penn state one, i mean that's super relevant to the news pretty cool imo. I couldn't get the book of mormon tickets at all for this year, book till feb of next year.

I'm re-watching SG Universe with my wife right now too.  I like it but I hate that it just kinda stops with a cliff hanger and we'll never find out what happens.  Also they touch on a lot of cool concepts but I found the writing was pretty weak and there were a lot of holes in the story line that didn't make much sense.  We find some big holes that don't make sense with pretty much every episode in the second season as we're re-watching them.

Archer. Funniest show on TV at the moment IMO. They blend up black humour and schtick up very well in it, and it's flawlessly animated. I heard it takes them 2 months to animate one episode and i'd believe it.

Also catch an episode of Doctor Who whenever they have a new one out. My wife and I were excited to learn that Amazon Prime has all (or at least a substantial amount) of the original episodes up for free (you pay 79 bucks a year for prime, though, as we already were onboard it was an extra)

Dexter, Boardwalk Empire, Castle, Merlin, Sons Of Anarchy, Person Of Interest, American Horror Story, Covert Affairs, Grimm, The Walking Dead, and Supernatural.
Yes a few of those shows are crap, but I watch them nonetheless. I'm honestly ready for Dexter to end, I WANT them to wrap the series up. Same with Supernatural even more so. I'm already loosing interest in American Horror Story and would be very surprised if it got a 2nd season. I'm also a Doctor Who fan, and am looking forward to the new season next year.
Honestly I am surprised I still have so many shows to watch. Usually anything I like gets cancelled.

I've also been on a classic kick lately as well and have been revisiting Miami Vice, A-Team, MacGyver, Knightrider and Twin Peaks.

Makoto Nagano is the only one i love to watch (the fisherman), talk about being born in the wrong era, he really is a damn ninja, if you look at the way he deftly moves through the course compared to everyone else, i mean the regular top all stars are good too, don't get me wrong, but Nagano does it like a damn cat, where everyone hops on and clings for life, Nagano is so agile he floats on the course.

Another one for Breaking Bad (some of the best tv yet - Gonna miss Gus! ) True Blood is getting a little silly but still fun. Also digging the Walking Dead and Dexter  - CSI.Criminal Minds and The Mentalist, Sanctuary and Supernatural, House , Modern Family, and Pysch. American Horror Story is really hard to keep my suspension of disbelief since the second ep, but my friends like it and I hate being left out of a conversation.  Just checked out "Person of Interest Pilot - looks promising.  Maybe Grimm - still on the fence there.

DO rather like the 2011 Thundercats reboot though!  Better thatn the old one for story and in keeping with the style of the first - less cheesy.  And aldso the Green Lantern animated series looks good -( though nothing will top the Batman TAS, though.  Wish they'd made more of them.)

Slightly OT, but I'm sure there are a lot of former Losties here.  That show was probably the best, most unexpected and enjoyable television experience of my life.

Yes the ending was a bit lame and the show drifted and rendered much of its own story meaningless.  But I have never been so thoroughly riveted for such an extended period of time.  I have nothing but fondness in my heart for Jack, Locke, Hurley &co.

So true.  Technically that's before my time but I've seen a lot of Newhart (and the Bob Newhart Show) on Nick-at-Nite, including the last episode.

My dad always speaks highly of the final episode of MASH.  I've seen a lot of that too, but not the last one.

Six Feet Under.  In Six Minutes the finest series ending EVAH!

Although I liked the LOST ending.  Yep, Hipster Ripster, always going against the mainstream.

I'm LOST without LOST
.

I liked the emotional tone of the ending, and even its details.  But it rendered the entire sixth season meaningless and totally ignored the central plot element of the fifth.  It also directly contradicted some things that Abrams said in public the show would not do.
