A little help with my cherry Mx8100
« on: Thu, 08 December 2011, 14:03:52 »
Hey guys I got the ps/2 version of the cherry mx8100. It has lots of extra keys that can be programmed and some are programmed already.

Top is MIA.

Mid is MIA.

Bot is MIA.

is already on the first 3 blank keys.

Now I was wondering how I can do this to the other keys. I have researched online a lot but I can not find anything. Any help will be gratly appreciated.

Also does snyony know how to make the card reader work under Linux? I know it works without any configuration in Windows.

Cherry lists it as programmable up to 59 keys hardware programmable which are editable with cherry tools.
If you live in AZ you can try my keyboards. I usually keep plenty of different ALPS and MX and buckling springs.
