No luck acquiring corsair m90 mouse.
Anyone know much about this one.
$80 worth it?

Linus at NCIX seems to like it. I'm thinking of the M60 for myself.

Corsair m90 is a very nice mice.  But I'm using RAT5 and I'm happy with it.

I have a M60 arriving on Tuesday.  I'll post my thoughts when I get it (though I'm not really into doing full reviews...but we'll see...).  I'm not a big MMO guy, so the M90 wouldn't appeal to me.

Not sure about their mice, other then what I've heard from Linus Tech Tips, which says it's pretty decent.

But I WOULD like to try their 2.1 speaker system. That subwoofer looks really intriguing.

i have it and use it, IT ABSOLUTELY PISSES ALL OVER THE LOGITECH Z5500S which i also owned. I run mine via the Asus STX though.

the only next step is to move to Amp and Hi-Fi otherwise those Corsair SP2500s rock, so much clarity its silly and Zero distortion, the sub woofer pumps and shakes my walls. Its perfect. You do need a sound card to get the volume out of them though.

Don't mean to to derail the thread, but do you know how they compare to the z623? That's what I'm using now, though only with the onboard sound of my motherboard.

I can't seem to find any good sound cards that are sensibly priced.

is that logitechs? its kills everything logitech sound related. buy them! but imo they need a Sound card. they do 192Khz

you definitely need to look into a Asus STX, its worth every penny, you will thank me for it.

you will definitely love this M60 mouse, mine came yesterday and my god its faultless. Played 3 hours in BF3 last night and i was impressed especially with the sniper button.

Internally the mouse is pretty typical and comparable to Logitech's Laser offerings. The Shell is plastic outlined with metal.

Shape, weight and features are a matter of preference. Up to you if it's worth the cash.

My M60 will be here on Monday :)

The 6+ year old Copperhead is failing on me -- the scroll wheel rebounds 90% of the way back when I scroll down.

I'm hoping it works out for me, I've been using the same bodied mouse since ~2004 (started with a Diamondback)

I'm using the m90 right now. I am someone who needs a ton of buttons on my mouse hand for various games. I've used the Naga, the Steelseries Warcraft mouse, and now this one. This is the best mouse I've ever used. The aluminum frame makes it feel so sturdy. The grippy pinky side and the smooth center between the buttons on the thumb side are just killer. Only $69.99, and ignore the feedback on Newegg about having a hard time getting the buttons bound into games etc. It's super easy, and if you did get one and have any problems getting them to work inside games with the software I'm just a message away.

I never understood the need for weights in a mouse... these ones are < 50g... is that really noticable to people? D: I took them out regardless.


My only complaint so far is pretty minor -- if I move quickly left or right, the scroll wheel rattles back and forth a bit. I know that is just because the wheel is just resting on the switch on the right side (attached to the encoder on the left), but it is a bit irritating. Good thing I don't generally have to move that quickly.


As of now, though (only two days in...), I am completely satisfied. It fits my grip quite well (four fingertips only), so I am set :)

I found it a touch too big than what I'm use to but I did very much enjoy it for the 4 hours I had one, at which point I finally figured out how to set macro's, in what was at the time a beta driver (why they released a beta driver to everyone... ???). Bricked the mouse when I uploaded the profile to the on board memory. Was pretty bummed, swapped it for a G300 which has really noticeable jitter issues.

I have this mouse now. It's actually lighter than my MS Wireless Mouse 5000....a lot lighter. I haven't touched the weights in it.
