Aquire diplomatic imunity, hire bunch of body guards(from multiple sources), get some heavy weaponry on state site. Go get the packet yourself while protected. Also for travelling I suggest large fleet of ships, if possible armed too. Also be sure to clear the roads and stop any traffic on the way. Armored vehicles are suggested. Same does apply to Europe and Germany too...
