Like I mentioned before, I'm all about the AEK-971. So much fun with that weapon, and it just looks beautiful with the right optics on it.
I'm trying to do the assignments for the Support class, which means I need to unlock myself the mortar. I'm not even half way there yet. I don't really like the LMGs in BF3, which is weird because I loved Medic in BC2.
I've been using PDWs to help get my score up quicker, but I haven't figured out which one I like yet.
I've lost count of how many times I've died because the clip in the MP7 is too small, and the enemy has been left on <10% health and killed me while I was reloading/switching to pistol.
In BC2 I loved assault because of the ammo boxes, in BF3 I love support for the amm boxes
MP7: High ROF (950), lowish damage (20 max, 10 min), low ammo count until you get extended mags
PP-2000: Medium ROF (600), good close damage bad damage at range (25 max, 10 min), another one where extended mags is a good option
UMP: Medium ROF (600), good close damage meh damage at range (25 max, 13 min), low recoil/ROF makes it good at any range, good to use with suppressor since it doesn't have extended mags
PDR-R: Medium ROF (750), good close damage meh damage at range (25 max, 13 min), extended mags not a must but I always equip them if I can
P90: High ROF (900), lowish damage (20 max, 10 min), large magazine, no extended mags makes this another one that's good to use a suppressor with
AS Val: High ROF (900), good damage chart (22 max, 17 min), integrated suppressor but no extended mags, very very tight spread compared to the other PDWs, small magizine (20 rounds)
PP-19: High ROF (900), lowest damage (17 max, 9 min), large mag, no extended mags so another one to use a suppressor with, high recoil and spread
My personal favorites: AS VAL if you can make you shots count/headshots, P90 CQC spray and pray, UMP long range engagements, PDW-R medium or close range engagements
