I've got one of the Belkin ADB-USB adapters, which seems to work ok (haven't used it much), but I can't see any in the US.
Is the Griffin iMate any good?

I watched these sell regularly in the $40-60 range for several months last year. I have not been watching lately, but if I was in the market I would nab this one for $25 shipped BIN.

They work fine for Apple Extended Keyboards, don't know about other devices.
