I'm starting up the GeekHack Steam Community. So we can know who's on steam and organize games like Dota2/TF2.

The old group seems to be neglected, unloved and I could not get in contact with the administrator of the original group. So I've made my own:

http://steamcommunity.com/groups/geekhackcommunity

Discussion of any steam related game allowed.

A few of us have been playing Dota2, let me know if you want to join our fun.

This, when you play with 5 it's much more fun for everyone!

Otherwise you might get paired with brazilians/vietnameses/etc. and they might not know a single word of english ( personnal experience ).

You only need to have installed CS:S or TF2 in your computer plus SDK 2007 tool and download the exe file. It will appear on your Lybrary and then you can start playing.

I'm in the same boat, I played a bit of LoL and not much of the old DotA so my first game was terrible and I don't know anyone who plays. We should do a nerd boot camp for DotA with someone that actually gets this game.

I added a bunch of  you guys, I'm JRR. Token  >_@ and I'm mostly playing CS:S on AHP custom map pub.

You can win free PC gear during the current EVGA gaming event on TF2, in case you didn't know already.

http://www.evga.com/articles/00675/

I am an admin on the TF2 servers but I don't work for them. I've also won twice already (2 out of last 3 events)! Just trying to spread some love and fill the servers I enjoy playing on.

Feel free to come and dominate me either way. I'm not the greatest FPS(ish) player!
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.

I joined, my steam name is Beatfreak.

If there are any other competitive players around hit me up for some Dota 2/L4D1 action. I'm not much into casual gaming though, just throwing that out there.

HIB V is probably the best bundle so far, with many brilliant titles. Kudos!

Hit me up, I'm also jeroplane on Steam.

My signature hasn't changed since 2012. I should really update it.

Not that me being in it will do much, GH seems to be a rather American community so I probably can't play with most of you.
