Asperger's makes me anal retentive OK... I usually just stay in the basement and don't get out much... No nametags for geeky gatherings - got it...

Where are all of these huge fucking flies coming from down here?! It's like a whole nest of them just hatched (fully grown) down here! I keep killing them but their numbers keep multiplying every few hours!

At least the huge spiders are staying on the other side of the door today... We have to lay out those mouse/rat gluetraps to catch hundreds of those bastards... It's fun to freeze them with canned air when they piss me off.

Edit: I've got a pile of bloody kleenex's FULL of dead flies on my desk... I wonder if that's my blood...

Edit: Is there a fly nest in the basement walls?! Were the spiders holding them back?! They're like Sammael (from hellboy)! Kill one and a ****load more shall arise! Is there something dead in here?!

The G81 mod is going smoothly. I developed a WAAAY easier way that involves one pliers, one 1.4mm flathead jewelers, and one flashlight. The stem and spring come out WITHOUT having to remove the switch from the plate. It's easy but still time consuming and tedious. I hope someone buys it from me after all this work... The springs in a G81 are a lot smaller than in a G80. What do I do with them after this?

I put a new set of lasered POM on the G81. I tested all the keys in AquaKeyTest and it passed. It looks like it has 2key rollover. The keys are so light that they actuate when I rest my hand on the keyboard... The actuation point seems to be shallower too. I have the cherry software disc and manual to program the keyboard's keys and cardreader. That means macros and custom layouts are natively supported. It will probably have a $75 minimum price since everything is brand new.

Somebody better bring a laptop or something so we can type-test the keyboards being brought.

I know there is interest from people in trying Cherry Red and Cherry Clear switches. Anything alps would be good and new to most of us too!

My dad's been in photography for longer than I've been alive. I could ask him to do it. He gets so fed up with the computers at work that he sometimes just brings the customer's pictures/video home to work on it.
