Like the title says, I'm looking for a HHKB for around $250, MX-Mini, Topre keychain, Cherry DS black on beige(preferred)/white on black, Geekhack keycaps, etc.

IMHO it will help if you define your price range. When you say HHKB wich particular model are you looking for (lite 2, Pro, S, etc)
