Just got my poker with mx blues. ctrl/caps

This thing is beautiful and the sound is lovely. I have one problem....

The switch on the bottom to switch the caps/ctrl key is not working. When I set it to on it has no effect... any tips to get this working?

I figured this out. It seems that the dipswitch diagram I was reading was wrong.

Next question...

Is there a way to fn lock this board?
